01 NEW BUILD

The goal of this new build was to create a house that stands out in the very hot real estate market of Toronto and its surrounding area, yet still feels warm and appealing to those looking to live in the area. To find this balance, we incorporated special features, (such as a large hidden pantry behind the kitchen and the unique stair railing design) and contrasted them with neutral elements that would appeal to the masses (like the warm engineered hardwood floors). The result was a perfect blend of design-forward details and familiar finishes.
