02 RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION + EXTENSION

Our clients were determined to transform this standard suburban home into a modern retreat to entertain their many friends and large Lebanese-Italian family. It was important that the house was not only functional on the interior, but was a gorgeous retreat in the rear yard, where they would spend most of their summer days. After understanding their lifestyle, we relocated all walls on the main floor and expanded the existing footprint to create a new kitchen. We used this extension to add a design feature on the rear facade using black wood siding. The design carried through to the exterior cabana to ensure the entire home - from inside out - was unified.
