04 BASEMENT WALKOUT

When our clients approached us to create a basement entertaining space that would connect with their backyard, we knew that it had to be aesthetically bright and inviting. More importantly, the indoor and outdoor spaces would have to function year round. Heated porcelain tiles were the optimal choice because they're easy to maintain and offer warmth during cooler months. We also chose finishes that are light in tone and installed large windows to maximize the amount of natural light coming in.
