14 EXTENSION RENOVATION

Despite being in a neighbourhood they had always lived in and loved, the residents of this home quickly outgrew their space. We added an extension to the rear of the house, which allowed us to completely reconfigure the layout. Ultimately, we transformed this home into a spacious, calming place for the whole family.

Design Scope: Complete floor plan and extension layouts; Complete CMF specification (interior and exterior); Complete construction documents; Millwork design; Furniture selection.
